Serbia gives full contribution to fight against terrorism

In separate meetings, Stefanovic highlighted Serbia's commitment to the fight against terrorism, drug trafficking, organised crime and all other forms of crime, pointing out that cooperation and faster information exchange contribute to greater security of the citizens of Serbia and the United States.
The meetings also dealt with cooperation of the Serbian Ministry of the Interior with the US law enforcement agencies and with concrete results and advantages of this cooperation for both countries.
Stefanovic previously met in the State Department with Ambassador Nathan Sales, Coordinator for Counterterrorism in the US Bureau of Counterterrorism, and pointed out that terrorism is a global problem that can be tackled only through intergovernmental cooperation.
