First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, who is on an official visit to the Republic of Madagascar, met today in the Antananarivo with senior officials of that country.

Dacic had separate meetings with Minister of Economy and Finance, Minister of Industry, Tourism and Crafts, and Foreign Minister, with whom he signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between the two ministries.
On this occasion, the officials discussed the state of bilateral relations between Serbia and Madagascar, as well as ways to improve cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
The First Deputy Prime Minister announced that a mixed committee for economic cooperation will be formed, and exchange of visits of successful entrepreneurs is expected.
