The Bill on prevention of corruption was adopted, the Bill on amendments to the Criminal Code, the Bill on amendments to the Criminal procedure code and the Bill on amendments to the Law on confiscation of property arising from criminal act.
The government also adopted the Bill on amendments to the Law on the protection of topographies of semiconductor products, by which the Republic of Serbia will align its legislation with the standards in this field prescribed by the European Union.
At the session, the Decree on the establishment of a Programme for support to the increase of innovation capacity of local self-governments in the territory of the Republic of Serbia for 2019 was adopted.
A new wave of technological innovations is aimed at raising the capacity of cities and municipalities to lead the construction of digitised communities of the future - smart and safe cities.
A Conclusion was also adopted regarding the sending of driving licenses to the address of the applicant's residence, which is one of the priority goals of the "Stop Bureaucracy" plan. This will shorten administrative procedures and save time and money to users of these services.
At today's meeting, the Conclusion on the adoption of the Report on the harmonisation of the Protocol on establishing a triple border between the Republic of Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina was adopted.

The Bill on the Confirmation of the loan agreement for the credit for a privileged buyer was approved for the project of modernisation and reconstruction of the Hungarian-Serbian rail link in the territory of the Republic of Serbia for the section Novi Sad-Subotica-state border (Kelebija) between the government of the Republic of Serbia, represented by the Ministry of Finance as a borrower, and the Chinese Export-Import Bank as a lender.
The government adopted the Bill on the confirmation of the Loan Agreement for a privileged buyer loan for the project of construction of the E-763 Motorway, the Preljina-Pozega section, between the government of Serbia, represented by the Ministry of Finance as a borrower, and the Chinese Export-Import bank as a lender.
The Bill on the confirmation of the financial agreement the “Partnership for Local Development” between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank was adopted, as well as the Bill on the confirmation of the financial contract “Framework for Strengthening the Resilience of Local Infrastructure” between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank.
In addition, the government also adopted draft laws on the ratification of the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and on the ratification of the Loan Agreement (Western Balkans Trade and Transport Improvement Project with the application of a multifaceted program approach) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
The Bill on the confirmation of the loan agreement “Project of Improving the Service of Electronic Administration” between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development was adopted, as well as the Bill on the confirmation of the framework agreement on Loan LD 1981 (2018) between the Council of Europe Development Bank and the Republic of Serbia for financing the public sector - improvement of infrastructure in the field of health care in Serbia.
