At the opening ceremony of the Consulate of the Republic of Serbia in Pitesti, headed by Honorary Consul David Acat, Dacic emphasised that Serbia and Romania are a model of good neighbourly relations in the region.
The Serbian national minority in Romania, as the heir to the rich national culture created in this area, is a bridge between two nations, Dacic underlined, pointing out that there are many testimonies of close ties between two nations and two countries.
Our goal is to intensify economic cooperation with Romania and increase Romanian and other foreign investments in Serbia, and we hope that the newly opened consulate and the Honorary Consul will be contribute to that, he said.
