Our two countries are connected by close and historical links. Our historic relations have been strengthened by a recent exchange of high-level visits, and in particular by the visit of the Indian Vice President to Serbia in September last year.
I would also like to recall the very constructive meeting I had with you during your visit to India last May," said Minister Swaraj in her letter of greetings.
