Kuburovic and Bosnjakovic highlighted the mutual commitment to cooperation and joint work aimed at resolving open issues in the field of justice, and stressed that this cooperation will continue in the future.
When it comes to the work of the mixed commission tasked with drafting an agreement on the processing of war crimes perpetrators, the two ministers estimated that concrete progress has been made.
Also, the ministers agreed that the prosecutors' representatives should be included in the work of this commission in order to intensify direct cooperation and ensure the safety of citizens of both countries.
Kuburovic and Bosnjakovic assessed that there was clear progress in resolving open issues, as well as the openness towards defining a precise legal framework for future bilateral relations in the judiciary, the Ministry of Justice said in a statement.
