During the meeting, the importance of the traditionally friendly relations of the two countries was emphasised, as well as the possibilities of further improvement of bilateral cooperation, especially on the economic plan.
Dacic briefed the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Brazil about Serbia's attitudes regarding Kosovo-Metohija and the current phase of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, and expressed his gratitude to Brazil for its principled support to the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Serbia.
During the meeting, the First Deputy Prime Minister wished much success to Araújo in the performance of his new duties.
