Police uncovers cache of arms in Bujanovac

The Gandarmerie unit of the Serbian Ministry of Interior and the Vranje police uncovered a large cache of arms and ammunition in the village of Muhovac, in the Bujanovac municipality, which was buried by members of the disbanded liberation army of Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanovac.
The arms were found at a cemetery and included two rifles, two semi-automatic rifles, a submachine gun and ammunition for submachine guns.
The District Court investigating judge, the Deputy District Attorney, members of the Gendarmerie and the Vranje police, and representatives of the European Union conducted the investigation, read a statement of the Serbian Ministry of Interior.
