Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic met today with Greek Minister for the Protection of the Republic of Greece Olga Gerovasili, to speak about the continuation of cooperation between the two countries in the field of the interior.

Stefanovic expressed his gratitude to the Greek minister on the principled support of Greece to our country when deciding on the so-called "Kosovo" request for admission to Interpol, as well as in the process of European integration.
The officials emphasised the good cooperation of the police of the two countries, especially in the fight against organised crime and in the field of emergency situations, but also estimated that there is always room for further improvement.
Stefanovic and Gerovasili agreed on joint training and exchange of experience of the police of the two countries.
