The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has received a note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Madagascar on the withdrawal of their recognition of independence of the so-called Kosovo.

The note was sent on 5 December and Madagascar is the 12th country to have withdrawn the recognition of the unilaterally declared independence of Kosovo-Metohija, reads a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
