The Serbian government adopted today the Bill on confirmation of the Financing agreement for the development of river transport infrastructure in Serbia between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank.
This project is very important because it improves all infrastructure elements of the inland water transport, such as ports, waterways and intelligent traffic systems and at the same time, by this Serbia fulfils its obligations under the EU accession process.
The government adopted the Workplace health and safety strategy for the period from 2018 to 2022 with an Action plan, whose implementation will improve safety at work and working conditions.
Another document adopted is the Project of public-private partnership “Energy rehabilitation and contractual delivery of thermal energy to the Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac”, as well as the Conclusion on the establishment of basis for concluding agreements between the Serbian government and the French government on the activities of the French Development Agency (AFD) and the Development Financial Institution (PROPARCO) in Serbia.
The government adopted the Conclusion on the adoption of the Financing Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Commission related to the support to the energy sector, which was provided under the IPA Action Programme for the Republic of Serbia for 2017, as well as the Conclusion on the Adoption of the Financing Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Commission regarding the support to the environmental sector, which is provided under the IPA Action Programme for 2017.
