At today's session, the government also adopted a Bill on civil servants, a Bill on employment and work of foreign citizens and a Bill on amendments to the Law on financial leasing.
Other documents adopted include a Bill on amendments to the Law on the Republic of Serbia granting counter-guarantees to the state union of Serbia-Montenegro for a loan of the European Investment Bank for financing a project of electric power system management, and a Conclusion on re-submittal of the Bill on public administration to the parliament for discussion.
The government brought forward a decree amending the decree on measures for boosting agricultural production in 2005.
The government concluded that it is necessary to speed up the privatisation process in associate companies established by public companies, including "Oil Industry of Serbia" Novi Sad, Serbia's railways, Jat Airways and the Belgrade Airport.
An Information on the action plan for restructuring/privatisation of the Bor metallurgical and mining complex was adopted, as well as a Decision on the formation of a board for the supervision and implementation of the action plan.
Also brought forward was a Decision on setting the amount of the most economical prices and minimum excise taxes for tobacco products, a Decision on determining ports and piers to be used for international traffic and a Decision on setting the price of blood and blood components to be used in transfusion.
The government passed a Decision on the use of 650,000 dinars from the current budgetary reserve for financing the International Roma Symposium.
