Minister of Finance to head coordination body for combating gray economy

The government appointed Minister of Finance Sinisa Mali as the Chairman of the coordination body for combating gray economy and the joint group to Improve the position of the Republic of Serbia on the World Bank's Doing Business list.

Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Branislav Nedimovic will be his deputy.

For the gold medal at the Volleyball World Volleyball Championship, which was recently held in Japan, the government of Serbia awarded cash prizes of €30,000 (in dinar equivalent) to members of the women's senior national team of Serbia. The same amount will be paid to their coach Zoran Terzic.

Borislava Peric Rankovic and her coach Zlatko Kesler were awarded a cash prize of €30,000 (in dinar equivalent) for winning the gold medal in Celje at the World Paralympic Sports Table Tennis Championships, held in October this year.

The national sports award was handed to handball player Darko Stanic for the silver medal at the European Handball Championship held in 2012 in Belgrade.

The government adopted the conclusions on the adoption of the negotiating position of the Republic of Serbia for the Intergovernmental Conference on the Accession of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union for the Negotiating Chapter 14-Transport Policy and 21-Trans-European Networks.
