Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic urged Turkish businessmen gathered today in the Business Association for Economic Relations with Foreign Countries (DEIK) to continue with investments in Serbia.
Ljajic said at a meeting with Turkish businessmen at the DEIK headquarters in Istanbul that the call was addressed considering the positive experiences of investors from that country who launched business in cities throughout Serbia.
Everyone who decided to start production in Serbia is considering increasing the existing capacities, which speaks enough about stability and business climate for investments in our country, he said.
DEIK's business coordinator for Serbia Bajram Akgul pointed out that, despite the current economic situation in Turkey, businessmen from that country are interested in investing in Serbia, because Serbia is the most important investment destination for them in the region.
