Continuation of good cooperation with UNICEF

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic met today with Director of the Office of UNICEF in Serbia Regina De Dominicis and welcomed the contribution of this office to improve the position and promote the protection of the rights of children in Serbia.

Dacic pointed to the importance of UNICEF's engagement and the need to continue the good cooperation that this important UN fund is implementing with the relevant institutions in Serbia.
He assessed that UNICEF in Serbia has achieved significant results and has been recognised as a leading international agency in the wider public in terms of providing concrete assistance and protecting the rights of the child.
