First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, who is on a two-day official visit to Mozambique, visited the Parliament of Mozambique today, where he held talks with Chair Veronica Macamo.
Dacic presented Macamo the ongoing reforms, as well as the most important internal and foreign policy goals of the government of Serbia.
Macamo pointed to the biggest challenges for the development of parliamentarism and democracy in her country.
Macamo highlighted Mozambique's full support to the territorial integrity of Serbia and respect for the principles of international law, as well as the necessity of joint appearances of parliamentary delegations of the two countries in defending common priorities and goals.
Both sides assessed that historical friendly cooperation between the two countries provides a perspective for meaningful improvement of cooperation and mutual friendly interaction in numerous fields of common interest.
