In his introductory speech, Dacic congratulated the host on the very good organisation of the event and pointed out that the "Berlin Process" in the past four years confirmed that the potential of cooperation in this format, as well as within the "Western Balkans Six", is very wide.
Today's panel discussed the rule of law, freedom of the media, the involvement of civil society in the processes, especially European.
Dacic, responding to the participants' questions, assessed that, unfortunately, not everything is in the implementation of reforms, which Serbia is doing quite successfully, but that there are other obstacles that slow down processes in the region, as well as European integrations.
Each of us in the region has its own plan and the dynamics of implementing the reforms, in order to include as much as possible all the actors in the society, as well as the civil society, which is a large part of it, he pointed out, and said that the past can not be changed, but that it is certain that the future can be corrected to make it better for everyone.
Overcoming political problems in the region, economic and trade relations, and the idea of the Regional Economic Zone will lead to results, said Dacic.
The First Deputy Prime Minister recalled that the media are free to write and ask what they are interested in, and that governments are not expected to tell them what to write or not write about.
