A bill on providing counter guarantees of the Republic of Serbia to the state union of Serbia-Montenegro for an EBRD loan for the programme of reconstruction of municipal infrastructure in Subotica was also adopted.
The government adopted a bill on amendments to the Law on tax administration and a draft memorandum on the budget and economic and fiscal policy for 2006, with projections for 2007 and 2008.
A Decision on temporary reduction of excise tax for oil derivatives was also adopted, in line with the Law on excise tax, making the excise on petrol 26.2 dinars per litre, and for diesel fuel 14.5 dinars per litre.
The government adopted an Information on the programme for boosting employment and reviving production in the municipalities of Kragujevac, Bor and Vranje in 2005. Initially, the government will support the programme with 100 million dinars.
The decisions on the use of funds from the current budgetary reserve were adopted - for the use of 8.3 million dinars as a registration fee for the participation of the Serbia-Montenegrin Water Polo Association in the world league, and for 5 million dinars for the financing of an international bicycling race called "Through Serbia 2005".
The government also passed a Decision on the use of 1.35 million dinars from the current budgetary reserve for financing cultural cooperation with Serbian immigrants in Australia.
