Principle of protection of small shareholders to be respected

The Serbian Ministry of Economy stated that Minister Predrag Bubalo talked today with representatives of small shareholders in the Serbian daily Novosti about regulatory framework defining the trade of shares owned by small share holders and the state.
The Ministry calls for the respect of the principle of protection of small shareholders that are in line with the European Union standards, through the principle of equal treatment of shareholders and the principle of transparency, allowing for shareholders to have enough time and information before making a decision concerning their shares.
