Finance Minister Dusan Vujovic resigns

Minister of Finance Dusan Vujovic decided to withdraw from this post and informed Prime Minister Ana Brnabic about this, citing personal reasons.
In a written communication received by the Office of the Prime Minister, Minister Vujovic said that at the time of his mandate significant results were achieved in relation to macroeconomic stabilisation, fiscal consolidation and structural reforms.
"The recognition of reputable domestic and foreign international financial institutions confirms these results," the letter said.
Prime Minister Ana Brnabic will submit a written notification to the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia according to the procedure.
Prime Minister Ana Brnabic is grateful to Dusan Vujovic for the previous cooperation, dedication to the goals of the government and the results achieved.
