The interlocutors concluded that the relations of the United Kingdom and Serbia in the field of defence are the best part of the overall bilateral relations of the two countries, which is especially significant in the year when 180 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations is being marked.
Vulin underlined that the main areas of cooperation are military education, medicine, military-military cooperation, while the Ministry's interest is to improve existing relations and initiate cooperation in areas of common interest.
He pointed out that the formation of the army of Kosovo-Metohija is completely unacceptable for Serbia and that Resolution 1244 of the UN Security Council clearly designated KFOR as the only armed force in the province.
