Continuation of cooperation with Maltese order in area of social protection

Minister of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs Zoran Djordjevic talked today with Ambassador of the Sovereign Maltese Order Alberto di Luca about the humanitarian aid donated by the Order of Malta to Serbia, as well as about future cooperation.
During the conversation, Djordjevic highlighted the support of this organisation during the migrant crisis and the assistance it provided to the institutions of social protection of our country.
Ambassador di Luca highlighted the successful project "Make a Wish", which was implemented in 2016 and 2017 in Serbia, intended for girls and boys affected by the floods in May 2014.
At the meeting it was agreed to continue cooperation in areas under the ministry's competence, according to a statement from the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans' and Social Affairs.
