Dacic to attend session of OSCE Forum for Security Cooperation

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic will participate tomorrow in Vienna in a session of the Forum for Security Cooperation of the OSCE, when Serbia will take over from the Russian Federation a three-month chairmanship of this forum.
The Forum for Security Cooperation is a separate negotiating body established within the OSCE, with the mandate to examine issues related to military aspects of security in the OSCE region.
This forum represents a kind of platform for dialogue on building measures to strengthen trust and security through control of arming and disarming, exchange of military information, fight against illegal trade in small and light weapons, democratic control of armed forces, and through the implementation of coordinated measures and decisions in relation to that, reads a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
