The law regulates electronic signature, electronic stamp, timestamp, electronic delivery and electronic document storage, which will enable simple and cheaper usage of qualified electronic certificates, electronic document exchange and destruction of paper documents when qualified electronic reservation service is provided.
At this point, more than 100 regulations provide for the necessary use of a paper document, as the only recognised way of conducting a procedure, the conclusion of a legal transaction or the provision of a means of proof.
The adoption of 17 bylaws will be adopted on e-identification, e-delivery, e-keeping, e-signature in "cloud" and other trust services in e-commerce and the establishment of a network of trusted service providers.
The adoption of this law creates the basis for the establishment of a modern electronic administration in the Republic of Serbia, which will allow citizens faster and more efficient services and easier communication with state authorities from home and through mobile phones.
The government today appointed Jasmina Milosevic as Acting Director of the Agency for Traffic Safety, who in the previous period also performed the function.
