Kosumi’s condition to be treated as prime minister of a neighbouring country is beyond reality

The Serbian government has stated that conditions for commencing talks set by Bajram Kosumi – for him to be treated by the Serbian government as the prime minister of a neighbouring country – are beyond reality and they in fact only serve to constantly delay the dialogue.
There is no alternative to patient conversation, without conditions and with a readiness to compromise and for that reason we expect that, over time, Kosumi will accept a beginning of dialogue, reads the statement, adding that the Serbian government’s invitation to talk about problems in the province without any conditions is still open.
