Government committed to fulfilling goals set

The Serbian government held today its fourth thematic session with representatives of the World Bank and the EU Delegation to Serbia.
Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic expressed gratitude to representatives of the World Bank on their presence and assistance to the Serbian government in achieving its goals.
He noted that although we have achieved a lot and have positive financial indicators, the government still has a lot of work to do.
Citizens of Serbia want to feel progress and it is up to the government to fulfil their expectations, the Prime Minister underlined.
Regional Director of the World Bank for southeastern Europe Ellen Goldstein thanked members of the Serbian government on their dedication in the planning and realisation of the goals set.
Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia Michael Davenport praised the Serbian government for its work to date and confirmed that the EU is ready to help Serbia on its European path.
Consultants of the World Bank William Isaacs and Ray Shostak also attended the session.
