Enhancing cooperation with Israel in field of defence

Minister of Defence Zoran Djordjevic received today a farewell visit from Ambassador of Israel in Serbia Josef Levi, with whom he discussed the promotion of cooperation in the field of defence.
Djordjevic and Levi agreed that the current cooperation can significantly improve and intensify.
Djordjevic expressed his gratitude for the principled support of Israel in defence of the principles of international law in preserving the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Serbia, as well as the significant contribution Ambassador Levi gave during his term of office in Belgrade, a statement the Ministry of Defence reads.
