Following the proposal of Serbian Minister of Education and Sport Slobodan Vuksanovic, the commission in charge of entrance exams in Serbian secondary schools has decided to allow the eighth-grade students from flooded municipalities in the Srednji Banat district to be admitted to secondary schools without taking an entrance exam.
The ministry said that these students will be ranked according to their performance in primary school and added that in this way it wants to help the people hit by the disaster in the Srednji Banat district.
