Minister of Defence Zoran Djordjevic met today with Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Serbia Li Manchang to discuss the modalities of improving cooperation in the defence sector and the participation of the ministry in the visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping to our country.

The officials estimated that China is among the most important strategic partners and friends of Serbia, and that the forthcoming arrival of the President of China will contribute to further improvement of cooperation between the two friendly countries, including in the field of defence.
