The government also adopted the Bill on public peace and order which stipulates rules of public peace and order and unlawful acts against public peace and order, as well as the way of collecting donations.
The government adopted the Bill on public assembly, which regulates the assembly of citizens in Serbia in accordance with Article 54 of the Constitution and the recommendations of the Venice Commission for regulating the freedom of assembly in Serbia.
It also confirmed the Decree on energy-protected customer, which eliminated the faults for which the previous decree was declared unconstitutional.
The government also adopted the Decree on conditions and methods of allocation and use of funds for encouraging the improvement of domestic tourism in Serbia.
The campaign of registering citizens for vouchers will be continued from 1 January 2016, so they will be able to apply for discounts in tourist offers from 1 January until 15 October 2016.
The Regulation provides that the vouchers should be used by 20 November, and the 2016 budget earmarks RSD 230 million for this type of subsidy, i.e. 46,000 vouchers in the amount of RSD 5,000.
