Government adopts Fiscal Strategy for 2016

The Serbian government adopted the Bill on amendments to the Law on Prevention of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities.
This bill allows for the use of the seal that contains data on the personal identity or with engraved signature for performing different tasks and exercising rights in situations when it is necessary.
This prevents discrimination against persons with disabilities who, because of the nature of their disability - physical or sensory impairments or illness, are unable to make a signature personally.
The government also adopted the Regulation on the monitoring of the quality of derivatives and biofuels, which represents a significant step in the further implementation of the directives related to fuel quality.
Its application enables to check on the basis of a prescribed number of samples whether the quality is in accordance with the standard, ensuring consumer protection and allowing control and monitoring at all points in the distribution chain.
The government also adopted the Fiscal Strategy for 2016, with projections for 2017 and 2018.
