The payment will be made in accordance with the law by the end of November.
The cabinet also adopted the Bill on sports, which will enable compliance with newly enacted legislation and at national and international level.
The proposed law increases the responsibility of all who work with children, where all forms of harassment, abuse and violence are strongly sanctioned.
It also introduces medical examinations for children aged six to 14 years, which will be free when performed in a medical institution or the Institute for Sports and Sports Medicine.
It also determines the ways of concluding contracts with athletes, especially with children, and gives strict criteria of sport transfer controls.
