TEKLAS Automotive will invest at least €11.3 million and it will open at least 400 new jobs.
The government also adopted a Conclusion on establishing a national Action Plan for Employment for the year 2016, according to which the total planned funds for the implementation of active employment policy in 2016 will amount to RSD 3.350 billion, of which RSD 550 million will be allocated for employment of persons with disabilities.
The measures are primarily focused on the private sector and the promotion of employment in less developed areas, and priority will be given to young people under 30 years old, surplus employees, those over 50, people without qualifications, those who are already long-term unemployed, people with disabilities and Roma.
Decisions were made to award cash prizes to athletes and Milos Vasic and Nenad Bedjik, as well as their coach Nebojsa Ilic for winning a bronze medal at the World Rowing Championships in France.
The government also adopted a decision on awarding cash prizes to Davor Stefanek and his coach Sreten Damnjanovic for winning a bronze medal at the World Championships in Greco-Roman style held in the United States.
