Minister without portfolio responsible for European integration Jadranka Joksimovic is on an official visit to Portugal, where she will discuss with the country’s officials the process of European integration of Serbia and the promotion of bilateral cooperation.
Joksimovic will discuss with representatives of Portugal the possibility of expert technical assistance of this country to Serbia's EU accession process and in the implementation of the reform process.
Apart from being the advocate of the EU enlargement, this state also calls for the implementation of reform measures aimed at growth, creating new jobs and boosting competitiveness.
During her visit to Lisbon, Joksimovic will talk with Deputy Prime Minister in charge of Economic Affairs Paulo Portas, Foreign Minister Rui Machete, Minister of Finance Maria Luis Albuquerque and State Secretary for European Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Bruno Macaes.
In the Portuguese Parliament she will meet with Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs Sergio Sousa Pinto and Chairman of the Parliamentary Group of Friendship Portugal - Serbia Raul de Almeida.
