Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica met today with Austrian Foreign Minister Ursula Plassnik, who congratulated Kostunica on the positive Feasibility Study on Serbia-Montenegro’s integration with the European Union.
Plassnik said that Austria, which is due to take over the EU’s rotating presidency in 2006, gives full support to the state union in the process of its integration with Europe.
Kostunica and Plassnik agreed that the relationship between Serbia-Montenegro and Austria has been very good and they expressed commitment to improve economic cooperation.
The two officials also agreed that numerous direct contacts between the two countries’ businesspeople are the best display of the good relations that exist between Serbia-Montenegro and Austria.
