The government approved a Bill on the public debt and several bills on providing counter guarantees of the Republic of Serbia to Serbia-Montenegro on the basis of loans of the European Investment Bank for financing several infrastructure projects.
A Bill on amendments to the Law on court fees was also adopted.

The government passed the Conclusion on giving approval to the 2005 budget of telecommunication company Telekom Srbija AD Beograd, as well as the Conclusion on giving necessary approval to Telekom Srbije’s 2005 business plan.
