The Serbian government announced today at its session that it is fully committed to the European path and that it is striving to fulfil all the requirements in the process of European integration within deadlines.
It was underlined that the Serbian government is making significant efforts to keep pace in preparation for the opening of all the chapters in the negotiations for the accession of Serbia to the EU.
It is estimated that the progress has been made in the process of implementation of the Brussels agreement too, and that the Serbian government is dedicated to solving problems and providing conditions for a sustainable survival and stabilisation of the situation in the province.
The government adopted the Programme of allocation and use of funds to assist returnees and vulnerable households in the autonomous province of Kosovo-Metohija in 2015.
The government adopted the Bill on the use of sign language which will enable equality and create possibilities for the exercising of rights and needs of deaf persons.
Today’s session of the Serbian government was also attended by Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia Michael Davenport.
