Government adopts various bills

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Bill on amendments to the Law on public notaries and the Bill on amendments to the Law on trade in real estate.
The government also adopted the Bill on amendments to the Law on non-contentious proceedings, the Bill amending the Family Law, the Bill on amendments to the Law on succession, as well as the Bill on amendments to the Law on organisation and jurisdiction of state bodies in war crimes trials.
The government requested the Serbian Parliament to examine these proposals at an extraordinary session.
The Serbian government decided to propose to the Assembly of the Serbian Railways to appoint Miroslav Stojcic director-general, and Nenad Kecman and Rajko Kovic executive directors.
