The government adopted the Conclusion 05 no. 023- 188/2015 at a session held on 12 January.

Pursuant to Article 20, paragraph 2 of the Decree on strategic partnership (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 129/14) and Article 43, paragraph 3 of the Law on government (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia , No. 55/05, 71/05 – corr., 101/07, 65/08, 16/11, 68/12 – Constitutional Court, 72/12, 7/14 – Constitutional Court and 44/14), upon the proposal of the Ministry of Economy,
The government passes the following
CONCLUSION
1. The government has been presented with the Report of the Commission on bid opening procedure and the bid submitted by the company Esmark Europe B.V, Amsterdam, which is in connection with the implementation of the model of strategic partnership in the procedure of privatisation of the Company for production and processing of steel Zelezara Smederevo d.o.o. Smederevo, code of procedure: JP 01/14.
2. The selected bidder in the procedure referred to in item 1 hereof is Esmark Europe B.V. Amsterdam Netherlands.
3. The government has decided, in line with the Report referred to in item 1 hereof, to start negotiations with the selected bidder in order to conclude an agreement on strategic partnership.
4. The Privatisation Agency is required, upon receiving this Conclusion, to invite without delay the selected bidder to start the negotiations on concluding the agreement on strategic partnership.
5. Pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 1 of the Decree on strategic partnership, the Office of Media Relations is required to publish this Conclusion on the Internet page of the Serbian government.
6. This Conclusion must be submitted for the purpose of its implementation to the Ministry of Economy, which will deliver to the Privatisation Agency, the Company for production and processing of steel Zelezara Smederevo d.o.o. Smederevo, members of the Commission referred to in item 1 hereof and the Office of Media Relations each one copy.
