Bill on amendments to Law on Development Fund adopted

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Bill on amendments to the Law on Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia, which will allow for a greater transparency of work of the Fund and borrowing terms.
Loans approved by the Fund will be more available to Serbian companies and will be entirely in the function of the country’s economic development.
The amendments redefine the way in the which the Fund is accountable for the fulfilment of its obligations.
