The Serbian government adopted at today's session the Bill on weapons and ammunition, which significantly improves the system of control of civilian possession and trafficking in weapons.
The proposed bill prescribes the conditions for the acquisition, possession, sale and transfer of weapons, thus creating the conditions for preventing abuse and improving the security of citizens.
The government also adopted the Bill on amendments to the Law on fire protection.
These amendments provide for an increase in the level of security and a more effective control of public facilities, primarily of hospitality facilities and those gathering a greater number of people.
