The government adopted a bill on commodities exchanges, which introduces a legal framework for the development of commodities exchanges.
The proposed bill regulates the commodities exchange market, eliminates business risks and improves the level of legal certainty.
Its implementation will ensure a better organisation of the system of support to agriculture through market intervention mechanisms and reduce business risks for farmers and small and medium-sized enterprises.
The government also decided to establish the National Council for Climate Change, naming Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection Snezana Boskovic-Bogosavljevic as council president.
The government adopted a bill on confirming a loan agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development in an emergency post-flood recovery project.
The government also adopted a bill on confirming a guarantee agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction of Development in the project for migration from analogue to digital signal.
