The Serbian government adopted at today's session the Decision on the establishment of the National Investment Council, whose task will be to guide and prepare the implementation of investment projects in the fields of infrastructure, to plan investments and ensure the compliance of sources of funding.
The National Investment Council will coordinate the implementation of priority infrastructure projects and present to development partners plans for implementation.
Members of the Council are the ministers responsible for mining and energy, construction, transport and infrastructure, agriculture and environmental protection, economy and public administration and local self-government, and the chairmen will be the finance minister and the national IPA coordinator.
