The Privatisation Agency will tomorrow announce a call to investors to send expressions of interest within 30 days.
The government passed a decision that foreign nationals who possess a valid visa or residence status in Schenghen area countries, as well as in Great Britian, other EU member states and the United States (USA) can enter Sebria without a visa and stay for the maximum of 90 days.
This decision is expected to contribute to increasing the volume of foreign investment and the promotion of cooperation with foreign partners in the fields of economy, tourism, science, culture, sports and education.
The government adopted the Bill on ratification of the International Convention against the Recruitment, Use, Financing and Training of Mercenaries, and the Bill on restricting use of assets in order to prevent terrorism.
The government also adopted the Bill on amendments to the Law on real estate trading and the Bill on amendments to the Law on public notaries.
The proposed change provides that, in addition to public notarial records, real estate contracts may also be made in writing, provided that that such contracts go through solemnisation by the public notary in order to acquire the property of a public document.
