High level of bilateral cooperation between Serbia, Cuba

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla on the sidelines of the 69th regular session of the General Assembly of the UN.
At today's meeting, the first in a series of activities which Dacic will have this week in New York, bilateral cooperation between Serbia and Cuba was rated as excellent.
Dacic thanked Cuba for its support on the issue of Kosovo-Metohija and invited the Cuban Foreign Minister to visit Serbia.
Rodriguez Parrilla expressed Cuba’s interest in deepening cooperation in the field of technology, medicine and pharmaceutical industry.
He also supported the initiative to improve relations between Serbia and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), reads a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
