The Serbian government discussed at its session today the preparations for the state budget revision for this year and for 2015 budget.

Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic warned that in all ministries and public companies, whose directors attended the session, it is necessary to achieve maximum cost savings and improve operational efficiency.
He underlined that the sectors that are financed from the state budget spend more money than they make, and added that in the coming year, with the aim of financial consolidation, it is necessary to save €700 million.
Concrete possibilities for saving and improvement of efficiency in all public enterprises and institutions funded from the budget were examined at the session.
