Cooperation of Serbia, Montenegro in EU accession process

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Bill on ratification of the Agreement on cooperation between the governments of Serbia and Montenegro in the context of accession to the EU.
The agreement envisages strengthening dialogue and cooperation of state bodies of Serbia and Montenegro in charge of European integration, and consultation on reform of the judiciary and harmonisation of the legal order with the EU acquis.
The agreement specifies exchange of experiences and expert assistance, management of IPA funds and coordination in areas of mutual interest.
The government adopted the Bill on ratification of the Agreement between Serbia and Hungary on social insurance.
