Government adopts amendments to Law on tax procedure

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Bill on amendments to the Law on tax procedure with the aim of unifying, consolidating and tightening the tax offences policy and creating conditions for a better functioning of the Tax Administration.
The government adopted the Decision on the establishment of the Belgrade Waterfront Ltd. which, on behalf of the Serbian government, will be the main contractor in the project of improvement of the Sava riverbank from the Branko bridge to the Belgrade fairgrounds.
The government adopted the Bill on the ratification of the Agreement between the governments of Serbia and Italy in the field of defence.
