Government forms team to consolidate HIP Petrohemija

The government formed at today's meeting a team to prepare a plan of consolidation of HIP Petrohemija from Pancevo.
The team, led by Minister of Economy Dusan Vujovic, will propose basic guidelines for conducting business and financial consolidation of the Pancevo company in restructuring.
One of the team's activities will be to try to find potential strategic partners for the company, it was decided at the meeting of the government.
