Government passes judiciary-related bills

The Serbian government adopted today eight bills in the judiciary sphere, which will be forwarded to the parliament for an urgent debate.
The government adopted the bill on enforcement of criminal sanctions and the bill on enforcement of alternative sanctions, it was stated after the government's session.
The government passed the bill on public attorney's office, the bill on dispute resolution by mediation and the bill on amendments to the Penal Code.
The bill on amendments to the Law on litigation procedure was also adopted.
The government passed the bill on amendments to the Law on extra-judicial procedure and the bill on amendments to the Law on enforcement and security.
The Serbian government at its session today formed a team for negotiations with potential strategic partners of Zelezara Smederevo, which will be led by Economy Minister Dusan Vujovic.
